SULPHUR 6. Composition: Potassium Bisulfite Solution (E-228) at 6% SO2 p/v (contains sulfites). Dosage and instructions for use: must or wine 50 - 133 ml / Hl. Maximum authorized legal dose: 200mg/l for white and rosé wines, and 150mg/l for red wines. Add directly to must or wine and homogenize. Always keep the original packaging in a cool and dry place.
