
LEMON BALM OFFICINALIS: Perennial plant wich has a large number of branches and measures around 70 cm. in height. It has straight hairy stems, oval-shaped leaves and pink flowers grouped in axillary bands. It has a very pleasant aroma and slightly acid flavour. The leaves are used as a seasoning, in perfumes and liquors. Cultivation: cool shady position. To harvest, cut the stems before flowering occurs.
