VEGEFINE® is a formulation 100% based on patatins (vegetable proteins). Thanks to the physicochemical characteristics of these proteins, VEGEFINE® ensures an effective clarification of musts and wines with a very good compaction of the lees. Formulation usable in BIO (European Regulation (EU) 848/2018) VEGEFINE® is very easy to use and allows to replace the classic clarifiers of animal origin. 

In musts: for the elimination of oxidized or oxidizable phenolic compounds, with a very good compaction of lees. In wines (white, rosé and red): for quick clarifications thanks to its high reactivity, elimination of compounds phenolics, stabilization of the colouring matter, and removal of astringent tannins in red wines.
