TURNIP GRELO MONFERO: Authoctonous variety from Galiza, higlhy appreciated for its very tender stalks, with abundant intensely green leaves, with very slightly toothed edge and exquisite Taste. Cultivation: sow superficialy, with out leaving 10 cm. beteen each plant.

ONION DULCE DE FUENTES 4GR. ROCALBA: Long day variety, mid-early cycle. Green foliage. Voluminous, thick-necked bulbs, round in shape near the radicle, pointy towards the neck. Layers of yellow-white skin, white flesh. Valued for its sweet flavour. Cultivation: medium texture soil. When transplanting, prune roots and stakjs by 1/3. Keep soil free of weeds.

Leave plants to dry and then gently knock them to harvest the seeds.
STRAUBERRY 0.2GR. ROCALBA: Vigorous perennial plant with high yields. Large fleshy fruit with strong perfume. Very resistant to cold. Cultivation: sow thinly in very fine soil (peat is best) and cover with layer (3 mm). Keep damp and at high temperatures. Pinch out to 4-5 leaves. Replant to final location in autumn.
PICKLING CUCUMBER SMR-58 10GR. SUPERBOL: Yields small sized fruit when harvested immediately after flowering. Good for pickiling. Sow: In groups spaced 100x100 cm. apart, 6 to 8 seeds per hole. Sowing in spring. Thin when plants reach 10 cm., leaving 2 or 3 plants per grup.

To obtain very large fruit space the plants 3 meters apart and leace 3 fruit per plant, finally removing all but the most developed fruit. Cultivation: deep rich soil. Keep constantly, but not excessively damp.
ARTICHOKE TALPIOT 2GR: Late season veriety, medium sized plant, leaves without spines, curved leaf edges and a height between 1 and 1,2 m. Central spherical heads, second and third heads slightly elongated. Thick head base and thick leaves. Sow: 3 seeds per hill with 100 cm. between rows and 50 cm. between plants at a depth of 1 cm. Thin plants to one per hill upon the arrival of the third green leaf.
CABBAGE BRUNSWICK TENTA 25GR. FITO: Short stemmed. Green color with a slight bluish tint. Produces medium sized, flat, very dense heads with little interior stem, resistant to bolting. Upon reaching full development, stays in the field without cracking problems. Sow: summer, in nursery. Transplant: to 70 cm. rows, 70 cm. between plants within the same row when the seedling reaches 15 cm. height. Use seedlings of homogeneous development. Fertilize: with a 1-2-2 mixture.
